Exact bids
Bid the number of tricks you expect to take. Zero is a real bid, not a pass.
Bid exactly. Take exactly.
Oh Hell is the trick-taking game where your bid has to be exact. The hand size climbs from one card to thirteen and back down, and every round asks the table to commit before the first card is played.
Oh Hell is simple to teach and difficult to play well. Everyone sees the same hand size, everyone commits to a bid, and the score only moves when the bid is exactly right.
Bid the number of tricks you expect to take. Zero is a real bid, not a pass.
Start with one card, build to thirteen, then work back down to one again.
A trump suit is chosen before every round, changing the value of every card in your hand.
Fill every seat with a bot, or invite friends and use bots only when somebody cannot make it.
Create the game, make your bid, and let the table do the rest.

Before each round, commit to the number of tricks you will take. The hand size is shown with every bid.
Take exactly your bid to score. Taking one too many or one too few is worth nothing.
Four players play for themselves. The first hand has one card, the next has two, and the hand size keeps growing until it reaches thirteen. Then it comes back down, one card at a time, until the final one-card hand.
Before each hand, a trump suit is chosen. Every player bids the exact number of tricks they expect to take. Players must follow suit when they can, and the highest card of the suit led or the highest trump wins the trick.
A player who takes exactly their bid scores ten points plus the bid. A player who takes too few or too many tricks scores nothing for the hand. The highest total when somebody reaches the target score wins.
Everything you need before the first bid.
